Another major donation from Round Table and Burger King to butterfly children

Johann Teuschl and Herbert Groß from Burger King at Salzburg train station and Klaus Satra from Burger King Airport Center have been supporting the work of Round Table 30 (www.rt30.at) in aid of the butterfly children by setting up donation boxes for several years now. Once again, a total of €5,000 was collected, this time with the support of Round Table 45 Airport. At the Burger King Airport Center, €5,000 was handed over to DEBRA Austria (www.debra-austria.org), a non-profit association that provides help, support, advice and information to people affected by the rare skin disease epidermolysis bullosa (EB), better known as “butterfly children”. The proceeds will secure the operation of the world’s first specialized clinic, the EB House Austria (www.eb-haus.org), on the grounds of the Salzburg State Hospital.

Round Table Salzburg and Burger King have already donated over € 40,000 to the butterfly children in recent years. Whether local, regional, national or international – Round Table helps immediately and unbureaucratically. Round Table is a club of young men between the ages of 18 and 40 with the aim of promoting friendship and social life in their local area and helping people in need through service activities.
