The President represents the Association in all matters, including externally, and chairs the Board of Directors and the General Meeting. Important business documents, in particular documents binding the Association and the like, are signed by the President together with the Secretary, and in financial matters together with the Treasurer. The President and the Treasurer are each authorized to sign individually for the execution of transfers and the issuing of cheques.
