Visit to the sun island and inspection of the herb garden
In June 2019, Round Table 30 Salzburg was a guest at Sonneninsel in Seekirchen. We supported the redesign of the Sonneninsel’s fruit and herb garden with a donation.
Grounding Day 2019 – With SOS Children’s Villages children in the stadium
Probably the most moving highlight of 2019 was our grounding day in March. Together with 15 children from the SOS Children’s Village Salzburg, aged between four and 17, we spent a day at the Red Bull Salzburg soccer stadium.
7,500 euros for butterfly children thanks to donation boxes
At RT30 Salzburg, we have been working with donation boxes for over a decade. The idea is to collect small donations over a longer period of time in well-frequented stores, such as Burger King Airport & Hbf branches, the Neuhauser flower store, a bakery and the tobacconist’s in Mondsee.
19.10.2018: PopUP kitchen: Round Table 30 meets Emanuel Weyringer
Under the motto “A culinary journey through the world with Emanuel Weyringer”, Round Table 30 Salzburg launched a regular series of events on October 19, 2018 to support social projects. Chef Emanuel Weyringer (Restaurant Weyringer Wallersee), who was recently awarded a third toque, served international delicacies to around 120 guests with the support of Round Table 30 Salzburg members.
35th anniversary, speech by the President

Another major donation from Round Table and Burger King to butterfly children
Johann Teuschl and Herbert Groß from Burger King at Salzburg train station and Klaus Satra from Burger King Airport Center have been supporting the work of Round Table 30 (www.rt30.at) in aid of the butterfly children by setting up donation boxes for several years now. Once again, a total of € 5,000 was collected, this time with the support of Round Table 45 Airport.
CRASH – BOOM – BANG
RT 30 has set itself the task of regularly crashing tables in our immediate vicinity. We have already reported on the successful crashes of RT31 Ried and RT36 Gmunden. By the way, we are still waiting almost impatiently for the return crashes!
Mulled wine for a good cause….
Together with the Rotary Club Salzburg Altstadt, Rotaract Salzburg and with the support of the Ladies Circle 11 Salzburg, we once again ran a mulled wine stand at the Salzburg Christmas Market for two weeks this year.
Review Hunting Days 2017
One of our long-standing hobbyhorses is the Hunting Days at the venerable Parkhotel Billroth in St. Gilgen on Lake Wolfgang. For those who have never heard of it, the Hunting Days are a fun & fellowship event for the whole family – which once again took place at the beginning of November 2017.
35 years RT30 Salzburg
Taking our Christmas party as an opportunity, we celebrated the 35th anniversary of our table at the Schlosswirt zu Anif on December 7, 2017. It goes without saying that such an anniversary requires a special event. For this reason, we invited our good friends from RTA 45 Salzburg Airport to celebrate this anniversary with us at a joint Christmas party.

On 22.09 a proud delegation (6 men) from RT30 set off for Vienna to visit the
Oktoberfest of our friends from RT5.
Our two tables are linked by a close friendship steeped in tradition.
