Round Table 30 Salzburg is once again supporting the children at the Institute for Curative Education, this time with a new computer, which is urgently needed for school work.
The four locations of the Salzburg School of Remedial Medicine (at the University Clinic for Pediatrics, the University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Schwarzach Children’s Hospital and the Institute for Curative Education) strive to provide around 1000 sick children a year with the most educationally and socially efficient stay possible.
The Institute for Curative Education in Klessheimerallee is used to treat children and their families who are affected by behavioral problems and/or developmental problems and often the resulting learning or performance deficits. The aim is to promote the emotional, social and academic development of children and young people as much as possible with a team of different professional groups of doctors, psychologists, teachers, therapists and educators.
Round Table 30 Salzburg has been helping to support this important educational work for several years by sponsoring suitable learning and play materials, computers and sports equipment.
