For the regional social projects of Round Table 30 Salzburg

Under the motto “A culinary journey through the world with Emanuel Weyringer”, Round Table 30 Salzburg is launching a new event to support social projects on 25.10.2025. Chef Emanuel Weyringer (Restaurant Weyringer Wallersee), who has been awarded three toques, will be serving international delicacies to around 120 guests with the support of Round Table 30 Salzburg members.

This year, the location chosen was Handelszentrum 16 in Bergheim near Salzburg. All participants, above all the award-winning chef Emanuel Weyringer and the 20 or so members of Round Table 30, work on a voluntary basis. The location is provided free of charge by Marco Sillaber (Hello Kitchen).

Social project with Emanuel Weyringer

Round Table 30 Salzburg began 2018 with the Pop-Up Kitchen event series to support local social projects. Once again, a pop-up kitchen will be organized in an unusual, atypical location together with award-winning chef Emanuel Weyringer, including wine pairings for companies, private individuals and other service clubs. In order to ideally fill the position of “service & waiter”, the members of RT 30 Salzburg underwent a serving course and take over the food and beverage service as “lovable amateurs”. Hence “with heart and perfection”. They take care of ticket sales, organization and procedures. Sources of income come from ticket sales and sponsorship income. Fortunately, Emanuel Weyringer, who supports the project every year with great pleasure, is once again on hand to cook for them! The theme of the evening is “A culinary journey through the world”. The price for a ticket is 120 euros. The revenue target is between 15,000 and 30,000 euros. The profits will be used exclusively for the regional social projects of Round Table 30 Salzburg! All contributors, above all the award-winning chef Emanuel Weyringer and his team, as well as the approx. 20 members of Round Table 30, work on a voluntary basis. The location Handelszentrum 16 is provided free of charge by Marco Sillaber (Hello Kitchen). The high-quality goods are sponsored as far as possible by suppliers from the food and beverage industry. This is so that every euro spent can be invested in social projects.

Event and sponsoring

Invitations are extended to the approximately 1,000 members of Round Table throughout Austria, the Presidium of Round Table Austria, friendly service clubs from Salzburg such as Rotary, Lions, Kiwanis, Rotaract etc., business partners, colleagues and employees of Round Table 30 members, dignitaries and politicians as well as the general public via the Round Table 30 website. The event is an evening event with an open end. Handelszentrum 16 in Bergheim is an unusual location that will be transformed into a temporary pop-up restaurant. The aim is to organize all the necessary food, tools and equipment as sponsoring in kind and ideally to donate 100% of the proceeds to a good cause! At this event, Round Table 30 also offers companies the opportunity to present themselves to an interesting target group in an unobtrusive, yet highly visible manner and to do good. Apart from the many (professional) contacts of the members of Round Table 30 to various media (newspapers, TV, Internet, blogs, etc.), strategic media cooperations are entered into. There will be widespread announcements about the event itself and extensive reporting after the event. In addition, Round Table 30 will arrange for a professional photographer during the event and a film team to film the event and its sponsors. Before and during the event, a range of advertising formats and advertising materials are available for sponsors.

Emanuel Weyringer

the 3-toque chef from Salzburg

“The best thing about cooking is the creative composition and the joy of being able to surprise guests,” says Emanuel Weyringer. Round Table 30 Salzburg began a series of events in 2018 to support social projects in Salzburg. Once a year, a PopUP kitchen in an unusual, atypical location organizes a 4-6 course menu including wine accompaniment for companies, private individuals and other service clubs together with a (changing) well-known chef. We are delighted to once again have Salzburg chef Emanuel Weyringer (Restaurant Weyringer Wallersee), who has been awarded three toques, as the star chef for the annual event series. This year, the Handelszentrum 16 in Bergheim near Salzburg was chosen as an atypical yet appealing location. The location was provided free of charge by Marco Sillaber (Hello Kitchen). In order to raise the profile of the “service & waiter” trade, the members of Round Table 30 Salzburg underwent a serving course and will be responsible for the food and drinks service. The theme of the evening is “A culinary journey through the world with Emanuel Weyringer”; the price of a ticket is 120 euros. The target income is 15,000-30,000 euros from ticket sales and sponsorship, which will then be used for Round Table 30’s social projects. All those involved, above all the chef Emanuel Weyringer and the 20 or so members of Round Table 30, work on a voluntary basis.

“Boundless cooking” could be written above Emanuel Weyringer’s kitchen door. Asia meets Austria, the rest of the world meets fish from the lake. He simply cooks very well.
